Tbilissi International Airport (Georgia)
LTH supports OCEM manufacturer in the rehabilitation of the airfield ground lighting at Tbilisi.
With only one runway and a busy airfield, Tbilissi International Airport must remain active during the project.
The existing concrete runway and taxiways must be overlayed daily with asphalt in sections of 150m.
Kigali International Airport (Rwanda)
AAA-LUX, Dutch manufacturer of LED floodlights has been awarded to light Kigali International Airport APRON's.
LTH supported the comissioning of the floodlights and related control system.
Basra International Airport (Iraq)
AFM Group (Swiss contractor and agent of ADB Group in Iraq) has been contracted to rehabilitate Basra International Airport at the level of CATIII.
LTH supported AFM with project management, site supervision, commissioning and training.
The airfield has been successfully completed in record time.
Ali Salem and Al Jaber Airbases (Kuwait)
LTH teamed up with Kuwaiti contractor DEH Contracting and Trading for the rehabilitation of both airbases of Ali Al Salem and Ahmed Al Jaber.
The airfields were operational and needed to be completed in short time.
Despite challenging security constrains, the projects have been completed in 12 months.
Herat ISAF Base (Afghanistan)
Airfield ground lighting equipments are chritical air traffic in remote locations such as Herat Airbase in Afghanistan.
LTH supported NATO (NSPA) to assess and restore full operation of the airfield ground lighting at Herat.
